KSL Archery Academy (originally founded as Joy Lee Archery Academy in 2012) is led by Coach Kisik Lee who has devoted the past two decades to bring success in archery in the States and beyond.
With 3 academy locations throughout California, along with several affiliated archery development centers, KSLAA is leading the way providing premier education in competitive Olympic Recurve archery.
KSLAA has produced many youth state and national champions. KSLAA takes pride in having its archers on the youth Team USA as well as the J.D.T. (Junior Dream Team) rosters. KSL Archery Academy is paving the way in providing an optimum competitive environment that results in developing elite youth archers.
All our instructors are certified by USA Archery who devote their time to teach in our instructional program. Each academy has at least two experienced and highly qualified NTS certified coach (Level 3 or higher). They have all been rigorously trained and selected by the former U.S. National Head coach, Kisik Lee to lead each academy location. All archers, from beginners to intermediates to elites, are welcome to join and experience archery. KSLAA’s ultimate goal is to produce not only State and National youth champions but also to mold, transform, and fill the lives of individual archers with the love and passion for the sport.

Kisik Lee became the head coach of the U.S. Archery Team in 2006. For almost two decades, his focus on biomechanics, discipline, and consistency helped transform U.S. archers into strong competitors on the world stage.
KSL Archery Academy was originally founded in 2012 under the name Joy Lee Archery Academy. It has since been rebranded and led by Coach Lee. Nothing else has changed.
Each of our locations have one Lead coach and at least one assistant coach. This allows our members to get the personal attention and instruction that are critical for success.
